She has been working in projects of public health with TCIM, and she has also been working with indigenous communities, and traditional health knowledges.
She has been a consultant for the Pan American Health Organization’s (PAHO)/WHO´s Latin American and Caribbean Center on Health Sciences Information (BIREME).
She is the Editor-in-chief of the VHL TCIM Americas (Virtual Health Library on Traditional, Complementary, and Integrative Medicine of the Americas).
She is also member of the TCIM Americas Network and an AIHM global coordinator
